OVERVIEW
ZANPA每年都会举办PREMIUM DINNER PARTY with ZANPA 〜SMILE BE WAVES〜，这是一年一度的新品发布活动，同时也是发布的新品和与泡盛相得益彰的餐酒搭配料理晚宴。去年是在东京法餐名店“La Table Joël Robuchon”举办，深受好评。今年也将继续举办ZANPA的奢华晚宴派对。
今年，我们将特别借用京都的菩提寺总本山——皇家御寺泉涌寺的场地，在户外准备5款精选的ZANPA酒并搭配晚餐。料理则是与京都祇园的名店“祇园 椿”合作。厨师长将亲自前往冲绳严格挑选冲绳的食材，奉上能唤起食客美食好奇心的京怀石料理。
此外，我们委托作曲家佐藤直纪先生作为本年度高端系列ZANPA最高峰古酒“TORAKICHI 2024”的设计师，他曾获电影音乐学院奖，并为大众创作了许多著名影视剧音乐。除了设计制作之外，他还负责监制决定酒口感的勾兑环节。在本次的晚餐派对上可以享受到包括这款商品在内的各种奢华泡盛餐酒搭配美食。

Last year, ZANPA's premium dinner party, which was held at the famous Tokyo French restaurant "La Table Joël Robuchon" and was very well received, will be held again this year.
This year, we have specially rented the precincts of "Sennyu-ji", the head temple of the imperial family's family temple, and prepared an outdoor pairing dinner with 5 kinds of ZANPA's selected sake. The cuisine is a collaboration with the famous restaurant "Gion Tsubaki" in Gion, Kyoto. The chef himself will come to Okinawa and use carefully selected Okinawan ingredients to create a Kyoto kaiseki cuisine that will arouse your curiosity about gastronomy.
In addition, the designer of this year's high-end series ZANPA's finest old sake "TORAKICHI 2024" is Naoki Sato, a composer who has won the Film Music Academy Award and has sent out many famous movie and drama music to the world. request. In addition to design production, we also supervised the blend that determines the taste of sake. A gastronomic dinner party where you can enjoy the marriage of various premium awamori including this product.
